Expert Reviews of Samsung Glint SPH-M610 (Sprint)
Expert Rating: 4.5

If you were enamored with the Samsung Blade or any version of the Motorola Razr, you would be remiss not to at least consider the Samsung M610. This cell phone is thinner than both those models; is arguably just as attractive; sports many similar features; including expandable memory and Bluetooth; and has stellar battery life. It even includes a built-in 2-megapixel camera--we just wish the picture quality was better.

Love this sleek phone; I wish someone would come up with a silicone cover for it. The speaker quality is great and I have not problems with dropped calls. My only regrets are that the light does not stay on long enough even when I change it to black light when flipped opened and there is no flash to the camera, so my picture taking is limited only to well lit areas.. As I have gotten older, I have learn to appreciate large numbers. It is light weight and I find that all members of my family use like using my phone, when at home.

I love the SPH-M610 for many reasons, but the battery life is awful. I hope Samsung will do something to correct this, because I really only use it to talk on phone, nothing else. And I have to recharge practically after every phone call.

I shopped around for quite a while for phones before I chose this one. The reviews were very good and I liked the size and weight. Plus, I had a Samsung phone several years ago and it worked quite well. However, this phone is terrible. Specifically, the sound quality is terrible. I also hate sprint. I will never work with sprint again and not with LetsTalk.com for that matter either. This whole experience has been a bad one for me. I've been on the phone with sprint (mostly on hold) for almost 35 hours in the past 30 days and another 15 hours with LetsTalk.com and I'm still stuck with the same stupid phone and a terrible carrier. I would stay clear of this phone, sprint and LetsTalk.com!! If you ever have a concern or problem then you're on your own. I'm sure that if I took legal action I would win but naturally the legal action would cost more than just eating these expenses. Stay away from LetsTalk.com and sprint!

Battery lasts for ever on the Samsung sph-m610 .. Unless .. Your phone can't locate service. It will search, without stopping until the battery is dead. That's about 3.5 to 4 hours. So if you loose signal turn off your phone or you will get a surprise when you go to use it again.

I love the Samsung sph-m610. The only problem I have is the cost in utilizing all of its capabilities.
