I don't get the same reception with the Nokia 6133 that I did with the Nokia 6010 and I don't know why because I didn't think it had anything to do with the phone itself, it has to do with the towers.
I'm still familiarizing myself with all the different functions and applications, I've only had the phone for one month. I like the camera but I keep hitting the camera button on the side when I use the phone, which is annoying but something I can live with.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my Nokia 6133. I believe I made an excellent choice.

The only thing I am concerned is that the ringtones that I purchased they charged me twice. And I had to cancel them cause of the tone didn't sound right to the volume quality and T-mobile hasn't credited me these charges about $60.00 worth. I'm a little upset with that. But overall I like the phone.

I bought this Nokia 6133 from LetsTalk.com, it's been almost two months now. I've read all the opinions from previous customers before buy and they were all true.
The phone was very easy to use. Call quality is above average. Bluetooth is working great and easy to pair. Battery is OK. The worst thing is the camera switch on the side but since I always lock my phone so that takes care of it.

I have had to go to the local store for clarification on several things and how it operate. Instructions for the LG are much simpler....battery life is not good and I followed instructions on charging to the tee!! You can get the book out, and TRY to follow every little instructions and some of the instructions are not there...local store agrees. They need to simplify some the instructions and not have to go through so many steps...it takes a act of congress to finally get your voicemail.I hope that the longer I have the phone some of the steps to get where you are going will become easier.

The phone feels good in the hand, and the call quality good. But it is not an easy phone to use. There are several problems. First, the camera is far too easy to engage due to the placement of the shutter button--locking the keypad is essential to prevent accidental shots whenever simply picking up the phone. Another design problem is the nearly infinite configuration choices for the phone's menus and interface--perhaps this level of flexibility will thrill an occasional phone geek (is there such an animal?), but I found it overly complex and unintuitive. The default set-up is pretty ugly and unfriendly--not too useful just out of the box. After much trial and error, I found a usable and attractive configuration. However, while attempting to show a friend how I achieved the set-up, all the settings were lost. Another 30 minutes of my life passed as I finally recreated the configuration. And still, simple things allude me--how to answer an incoming phone call while listening to messages, how to interrupt a review of voicemail messages in order to call out. All of this was a cinch with my previous Nokia which had very logical fixed menus that were easy to understand and to use. And finally, the battery. Battery life is OK if you do not use vibrate. If you must vibrate, good luck getting through the day, otherwise expect 2+days between charges. So if you are looking for a reliable, easy to use phone, keep shopping. If you are willing to futz around for several days essentially programming your new phone, you might like this one.

Photos/video terrible (very grainy) compared to my Sony Ericsson Z520. My daughters Nokia 5300 Xpress Music phone takes better photos. Operation Manual missing features. I couldn't find anything about the radio. Wires should be reversed. There's a 2 prong headphone connection that can sometimes be a little tricky. I can't figure out how to use the phone with the radio plugs in. The person on the other end of the phone can't hear me. So I'm constantly plugging and unplugging it. Meanwhile the battery charge is a one prong simple connection, which I only have to use once maybe twice a day. Which brings me to another complaint. The battery life is horrible. I use the radio for 2-3 hours a day and that eats up my battery significantly, but even without using the radio, even minimal talk time is draining. The plastic piece that covers the portal for the headset connection is cheap and breaking off already. Hate the black, matte, dull casing/cover. Can’t find any decorative covers for this phone at the mall. I'll have to get something online.

terrible battery life - probably because it has two screens. if i make one 10 minute call in one day, the battery will last about 12 hours (no texting or messaging or anything else).

10 days after I purchased my phone, we moved to our new home in Florida. Both my husband and I have t-mobile service, and we get no signal at all in the house or the front or back yard. We need to travel about a quarter of a mile before we get a single bar! Don't believe the sales person who tells you your area gets great signal or the on line coverage map! The camera button is in a very bad location. It gets turned on wasting the battery life.

Pros: It has many great features. Call quality, ringer, phone & speaker volume are excellent. Picture quality is 4 out of 5. The menus are generally easy to navigate. Perfect size for pocket. Both screens have great resolution. Cons: Battery life is, at best, average. A larger capacity battery would alleviate having to charge the phone every other day. Most of the time the signal strength is excellent, but I have had a few dropped calls, and I live in a major city with very good coverage. The camera controls are on the side of the phone and are too easily activated. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. This phone is a significant step up from my last.

I really like this phone, but I really struggle to hear through the earpiece when the volume is on max. I'm also worried that the spring mechanism will die, but overall I'm quite satisfied. I really like the Nokia format, but I wish there were more ringtones. :)
