Customer Rating: 4.5

I have had this phone for a while and have come to really like it. The QWERTY keyboard is really easy to use and I don't feel this phone is heavy or bulky at all. The battery life is very good unless you talk for over an hour or have an application constantly running for a while. My only complaint would be the vibration. When the phone is on vibrate and you get a call, the vibration is so loud and violent that it's almost not worth it. I tend to ignore that setting and keep the phone on silent which causes me to miss a lot of calls. Also, at first I had issues when I got a call and opened the phone vertically. Pressing it against my face sometimes caused the phone to close and hang up without me realizing it. I've gotten used to how I need to hold the phone now. Overall, I would recommend this phone if you do not need internet features. It's a great phone.

Well satisfied with both the phone and the plan. Our renewal and extension of our plan went very well. There were absolutely no problems.

I bought two Pantech Matrix phones for my 15 and 13 year old's and they love them. Fun design. It didn't take them long to master the phone. The manual does not tell you how to change the message ringer, but thanks to the world wide web, that was solved. For future reference Go to Menu>settings>Profiles>Options>Customize>Message Sounds>options>customize and from there it will lead you to pick from your ring and audio tones.
